ANC Carbon Throttle Pipe for (2021+) Acura TLX TYPE S [J30AC] is a direct replacement for the OEM silicon throttle tube and an option that fits with an aftermarket intercooler upgrade kit.

• ANC Throttle pipe Inlet/Outlet Diameters at 76mm equivalent to (3 inches). In comparison, the OEM silicon tube starts at 65mm and then slightly increases as it gets to the throttle body. As the volume of air flows in from the intercooler, the OEM silicon tube expands and contracts which causes inconsistent airflow to the engine resulting in lag in throttle response. Fully crafted from Carbon Fiber weight reduction helps boost more air and delete lag for better throttle response. We expect a larger boost from our carbon fiber throttle pipe to benefit at higher levels of performance where the airflow plays a significant role in increasing horsepower.

• Flow Pattern: Having a reconstructed airflow pattern in a solid "J" shape with a larger internal volume allows for smoother airflow to the engine. By using high-temperature Prepreg Carbon Fiber we have managed to hold up against high temperatures from internal engine components with a gleaming look for display when opening the hood. We provided a high-build coupler for connection without having to contact with engine components which reduces turbulence.

• Care Tip
Any carbon fiber parts that located underneath the hood of the car are highly recommended for the ceramic coating to help against water spots and debris stick on the clear coat.
