CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? 

Yes, you must contact us at [email protected]. Product cannot be cancel or make changes after 48 hours or fees will apply.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive your tracking number once the product been handed over to the carrier. Some items may take longer than the other due to manufacturing process. 

HOW TO PRE-ORDER?

A pre-order is an order that customer can make for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery.

*At our shop, pre-order products are listed as "Coming Soon" below the image.

When you place a pre-order with us:

- We charge a non-refundable deposit (20%) at the time of order.

- We will not charge the full purchase price until your item is ready for delivery. 

- We accept PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and Debit for pre-orders.

Please note, that product availability is subject to change at any time. We will update our product page regarding any delays. The dates we provide are estimates based on the production schedule. Also, please keep in mind that the COVID-19 Pandemic affecting businesses greatly, same goes for us.  

If a product on pre-order is scheduled to arrive in our warehouse ahead of schedule, we will notify all customers via email.

IS THERE WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCT?

We offer 30 days warranty on "painted" parts, EXCLUDE "Original" paint. Please inspect the product carefully before installation. Surface imperfections such as (scratches, dents, small chips, etc.) are not considered damage, they may occur during transit. We will ask all of our customers to show evidence via photos and video clips to document their warranty. When these steps have been met, we will inform our customers that they will send the item back to us for inspection by our staff. If approved, the replacement component will be shipped immediately (if it is available) to the customer. In contrast, if the item is falsely claimed, the customer's warranty will NOT be issued. If there is damage or missing parts from your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

***NOTE*** All of our products are aftermarket parts, we highly recommend professional installation. Some items may need little modification or adjustment to fit properly. Our warranty does not cover if the item has already been installed or damage caused by racing, improper installation, scrape, fall off, chemical abuses, etc.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Items labeled "Original" next to the paint option indicate that it has already been painted by the manufacture. "Original" paint may have a slight difference in color tone due to the different applications of spray paint in the U.S. and the place of origin of the product (China).

SHIPPING & RETURN

We are using USPS & FedEx as our main carriers. Most packages will arrive within (3-10 business days) excluding holidays and weekends. Buyers may purchase a protection plan for their order against theft or replacement of the damaged part. The protection plan may vary depending on the product, please contact us for more information. Products without a protection plan will not be honored for replacement, with no exceptions! We offer a "free" service to have the buyer's packet "held at USPS or FedEx Store" to be picked up at the buyer's convenience. Please contact us for further services for shipping. Most (but not all) packages will require the buyer's signature when delivered. The lost or stolen packet must be filed as a claim with the packet carrier and contact us before filing any dispute.

We do accept returns up to 14 days from the date you receive your item, but because all of our products are made-to-order we do apply a 25% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. We do not offer return labels. The item must be new, in perfect condition, never been installed, and it must be in the original box. Buyers must contact us before returning any of our products. Please be advised orders returned without contacting us may be disqualified for a refund.

PAYMENT

We use Stripe & PayPal for payment, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection.
